Job Title: Social Media Manager – Retail Garment

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to manage the social media presence of our retail garment/fashion brand. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging fashion content, promoting current collections, increasing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement and store/online sales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the brand's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies for the garment/fashion brand.
Create and manage content for Reels, Stories, posts, carousels, product showcases, and promotional campaigns.
Plan content around new arrivals, seasonal collections, festivals, offers, sales, and special occasions.
Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots for garments and collections.
Work with models, photographers, designers, and video editors to create fashion content.
Write attractive captions, headlines, offers, and promotional copy.
Follow current fashion, styling, Reel, and social media trends.
Highlight product features, fabrics, designs, colours, fits, and styling ideas.
Promote store offers, new launches, events, and customer activities.




Engage with customers through comments, DMs, enquiries, and feedback.
Monitor competitors and identify recent content and marketing opportunities.
Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, views, and leads.
Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business and store targets.
Maintain a consistent brand image and communication style across all platforms.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in retail, fashion, garments, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
Positive understanding of fashion and social media trends.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Creative thinking and an eye for fashion, styling, and visual presentation.
Experience with Canva and basic photo/video editing tools.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
Ability to coordinate photoshoots and content production

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
