We are looking for Software Testers with solid Capital Markets / BFSI domain experience to perform functional and manual testing of financial applications.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, SIT and UAT testing, along with a positive understanding of financial products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, SIT and UAT testing.
Identify, track, and retest defects using JIRA / ALM / QC.
Perform SQL/database validation and end-to-end application testing.
Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts and Business teams for defect resolution.
Prepare testing reports and maintain QA documentation.
Ensure testing activities are aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
Required Skills:
2 – 8 years of experience in Software Testing.
Strong experience in Capital Markets / BFSI domain.
Positive knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, SIP, IPO, Trading, Wealth Management, Clearing & Settlement, or Back Office processes.
Good understanding of STLC and Defect Lifecycle.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
Experience with JIRA / ALM / Quality Center (QC) is preferred.
ISTQB / NCFM / NISM certification will be an added advantage.
Education:
BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc / MBA or equivalent qualification.
