Mi Mei is a current concept retail store opening soon at Pulliman Karunagappally — two-floor space featuring fashion jewelry, beauty, skincare, haircare, body care, bags, lifestyle goods, and bridal jewelry rental. We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and operations from launch onward.
Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager in retail (fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle preferred) Robust people management and training skills Familiarity with POS/billing software and inventory systems Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English Ability to multitask across categories and manage a small team Prior experience in a multi-brand or multi-category retail environment is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
