Duties and responsibilities
Site execution as per the given SOPs and drawings
Assessing potential risks, materials and construction
Monitoring project progress and construction activities
Co-ordination with internal teams and external stakeholders for approvals.
Ability to oversee progress at site and troubleshoot any issues well in advance in coordination with reporting manager.
Preparing & checking of BBS.
To maintain the quality of all on going site work
Assist in the review and recording of drawings.
Study all the drawing thoroughly well in advance and discuss with the reporting manager.
Check drawing for conformity and accuracy.
Obtain all necessary written approval from reporting managers well in advance before starting the work.
To Ensure Safety and Quality at work as per Site Safety Plan and Quality Plan respectively.
Periodic reports for the progress of the site to be prepared for the respective work allotted.
Work as assigned by management from time to time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
