Key Responsibilities:

 Organize and conduct simulation-based training sessions as per the FRM curriculum and academic calendar.

 Coordinate with faculty, clinicians for scheduling and execution of simulation modules

 Prepare simulation labs, equipment prior to training sessions.

 Ensure effective delivery of hands-on skill training and assist senior faculty during the training.

 Maintain records of student attendance, assessments, and feedback

 Assist in audits, inspections, and documentation when required.

 Co-ordinate with the vendor if there is any damage to the simulators.

 Patient Appointment calls, follow ups, handling emergency calls.

Required Skills:

 Robust communication skills

 Ability to effectively deliver the training to the students.





 Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

 Ability to manage multiple sessions.

 Basic technical aptitude to handle simulators.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

 Background in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, embryology, or allied health sciences

 Prior experience in simulation training, or clinical coordination (advantage)

 Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and basic reporting.
