Role Description The Site Engineer role at AARCO GROUPS is a full-time, on-site position based in Theni.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure that work is executed according to design specifications, and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project managers.

Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, implementing quality control procedures, checking structural elements, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local standards. The role also involves preparing site reports, resolving technical issues, supporting material management,



and maintaining explicit communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust site-based experience, including working On Site and coordinating with Civil Engineers.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with teams, contractors, and clients.

Candidates should possess Quality Control capabilities to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with standards.

Candidates should possess Structural Engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, specifications, and structural details.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.

Knowledge of construction safety practices and local building codes.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Prior experience in site supervision or project execution in construction or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
