ABOUT THE ROLE

You will own backend services across design → development → testing → debugging → deployment → continuous improvement , while working closely with engineering and business stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Core Java .
Build and maintain RESTful web services/APIs .
Work on highly concurrent and multi-threaded applications .
Diagnose performance issues, memory leaks and JVM/GC-related problems.
Build and manage services using AWS cloud resources .
Work hands-on with Linux/Unix and Bash scripting .
Work with databases and production environments.
Contribute to CI/CD, Git and engineering best practices .
Participate in architecture/code reviews and technical improvements.
Guide engineers and promote robust development practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR




4+ years of hands-on Core Java experience
Robust Data Structures & Algorithms fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs/web services .
Solid understanding of multithreading and concurrency .
Experience with memory optimization, memory leaks and/or GC tuning .
Hands-on AWS experience.
Strong Linux/Unix and Bash exposure.
Good database knowledge.
Understanding of CI/CD and Git/GitHub.
Solid problem-solving ability.
