Role Description The Sr. 3D Generalist specialist in product advertising is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role focuses on creating high-quality 3D product visuals and animations for advertising campaigns, from concept to final delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animating assets in Blender or similar tools, ensuring realistic and appealing product renders. The specialist will collaborate with creative directors, VFX artists, and producers to interpret briefs, develop visual solutions, and meet client expectations and deadlines.



Additional tasks include optimizing scenes for rendering, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining asset libraries, and contributing to workflow improvements and best practices.

Qualifications
Solid proficiency in Blender and experience working within a skilled 3D/VFX pipeline.
Advanced rigging and animation skills to create believable motion for products and related assets.
Expertise in lighting and texturing to achieve realistic, visually compelling product renders.
Demonstrated experience in product-focused 3D advertising or commercial work, with a strong portfolio.
Understanding of camera composition, rendering optimization, and scene organization.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a studio environment, take feedback constructively, and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with additional tools such as compositing software, render engines, or motion graphics packages is beneficial.
Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in 3D animation, VFX, or related fields.
