Our org is hiring a System & Network Administrator for its Mumbai office. You will run the network, Microsoft 365, user access and security, and the company's AI and SaaS tools.

Role & Responsibilities:
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and internet connectivity.
Administer Microsoft 365, email, user accounts, devices, access permissions and security policies.
Set up and control access to company AI platforms and SaaS apps, including logins, roles and permissions.
Manage software and AI subscriptions, licences, renewals and seat allocation.
Run secure joiner, mover and leaver processes, MFA, password policies and periodic access reviews.
Monitor endpoint security, backups and uptime, and fix hardware, software, network and account issues.
Keep IT asset and licence registers,



access records and technical documentation up to date.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
At least 3 years in IT systems, network or infrastructure administration.
Robust knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, endpoint management and Microsoft 365.
Experience managing SaaS or AI platforms, user identities, roles, permissions, MFA and licences.
Valuable grasp of cybersecurity, backups and access management.
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, BCA, Electronics & Telecommunications or a related field. Microsoft, Cisco or CompTIA certifications are an advantage.
Regular user of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in daily work.
