Job Title: Project Engineer/ Site Engineer

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Qualification - B-Tech/BE in Civil Engineering

Job Location -Kochi-Kerala/Tamilnadu/Andra/Telangana/Karnataka/North

CTC - 7LPA to 12LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Review construction drawings and specifications, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material resources efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
Identify site issues proactively and implement effective corrective measures.
Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress.




Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and work permits.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
812 years of experience in site execution of commercial, retail, showroom, or high-rise building projects.
Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
