Velavan Motorcycles – Royal Enfield Dealership is looking for customer-focused Service Consultants with EV / Electric 2-Wheeler service experience.

Job Location: Nandanam,Chennai.

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree – Automobile preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer service enquiries and vehicle complaints
Understand and explain EV-related technical concerns to customers
Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians
Provide service estimates and delivery updates
Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
Promote service packages, AMC, RSA, EW and other value-added services

Preferred Profile:
EV / Electric 2-Wheeler service experience preferred




Automobile Service Advisor / Service Consultant experience will be an advantage
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Robust coordination and follow-up ability
Target-oriented with good service knowledge

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives Benefits: PF | ESI | Paid Leave | Performance Incentives
