Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure timely completion of work as per schedule
Monitor material usage and maintain site records
Ensure safety, house keeping and proper site discipline
Report progress to the project manager
Resolve in office issues and ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
Positive knowledge of construction methods, materials and site execution.
Ability to read drawings and understand specifications
Positive communication and coordination skills
Must be based in Chennai or willing to work in Chennai.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
