Technical Project Manager – Group Insurance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in the Group Insurance domain to manage and deliver technology projects. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of the complete Group Insurance lifecycle along with strong technical project management, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the Group Insurance domain.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Group Insurance lifecycle and processes.
Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
Identify project risks, dependencies, resource gaps, and delivery challenges proactively and escalate them appropriately.
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective project execution.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to business and technical requirements.




Provide regular project status updates to senior stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills
5–7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technology projects.
Strong experience in the Group Insurance domain.
Good understanding of the complete Group Insurance lifecycle.
Strong Technical Project Management experience.
Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource gaps.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery.

Good to Have
Experience with Group Policy Administration platforms such as Gradatim, GroupAsia, or similar platforms.
CSM, PSM, PMP, or other relevant project management certification.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong ownership and accountability for project delivery.
Willingness to work onsite from Malad, Mumbai.

Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
