Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in Lucknow for a Talent Acquisition Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers.

The specialist will support employer branding initiatives, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.



Daily responsibilities also include updating recruitment metrics, working closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
