Key Responsibilities

Source and screen IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels

Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Conduct candidate screening and initial discussions.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups.

Build and maintain robust candidate relationships.

Work towards daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Learn and work on US IT staffing and recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of IT concepts.

Strong willingness to learn and grow in US IT recruitment.

Positive sourcing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working in night/US shifts.

Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome!

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
