We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with customers, generate leads, explain our aluminium fabrication and retail products/services, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and follow-ups.
Explain aluminium products, fabrication services, pricing, and offers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
Schedule site visits or appointments when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
Follow up with customers until enquiry closure.
Provide skilled and friendly customer service.





Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Malayalam communication is preferred; basic English is an advantage.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales-oriented attitude with positive convincing skills.
