Lodha Group is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment data while gaining hands-on experience in corporate Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist the TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
-Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
-Screen candidates based on job requirements.
-Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
-Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
-Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation and joining.
-Assist in preparing recruitment reports and presentations.
Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates. -Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
-Assist the TA team in campus hiring, job fairs and recruitment drives when required.
-Support other HR/TA projects assigned by the team.
Eligibility Graduate in BBA / BMS / B.Com / BA / equivalent discipline.
Fresh graduates / recent pass-outs preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Valuable coordination and organizational skills.
Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources.
Candidates must be eligible for apprenticeship under NATS.
