Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Assistant Vice President located in Bhubaneswar.

The Assistant Vice

President will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, develop and implement strategic financial plans,



and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver customized financial solutions, analyzing market trends, and preparing detailed reports for senior management. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications
Solid financial management skills, including Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Equity Solutions
Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
Excellent market analysis and strategic planning skills
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
High proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis
Solid leadership and team collaboration skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous
