Key Responsibilities

Crimped Wire Management

Coordinate wire procurement, assess requirements, maintain stock, forecast demand, calculate required quantities, and arrange wire availability.

Enquiry

Check the feasibility of enquiries with the team and procurement; provide alternative suggestions where required.

Wire QA/QC

Verify received wire specifications, quantity, and quality against requirements, and report any issues to procurement.

Mesh QA/QC

Check mesh dimensions and ensure overall quality standards are met.

Work Scheduling

Plan and schedule production activities based on workload and priorities.

Production

Ensure production is completed as per schedule through manpower management and inter-department coordination.

Scrapper Blade

Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely completion of scrapper blade orders involving drilling, grinding, and milling operations.

External Works

Perform external works such as grinding, welding,



milling, and cutting as necessary.

Daily Tasks

Refer to and oversee the tasks of the Production Executive.

Documentation

Maintain and regularly update production and work-related records (Excel).

Reports

Prepare production, rejection, and other required reports (Excel, Word, or PowerPoint)

Presentation

Prepare meeting presentations and coordinate periodic meetings for production and management requirements.

R&D; / Improvement

Identify and implement improvements to quality, productivity, and cost; study rejection reports and make appropriate changes.

Communication & Mailing

Prepare and circulate monthly production reports and other required official communications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
