Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Very valuable hands-on experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter.
Solid experience in sourcing and screening IT/Technology candidates.
APAC recruitment experience is a solid plus.
Must have client-facing recruitment experience.
Agency / staffing / consulting recruitment experience preferred — not in-house hiring.
Good understanding of technical requirements and candidate evaluation.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
