Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Valuable negotiation and relationship-building skills.
