Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and energetic India Domestic Recruiter with 3 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a robust understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle to attract, screen, and hire the right talent across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide suitable talent pipelines.





Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.

Work towards achieving hiring targets within given timelines.

Requirements

Robust and proven experience in domestic recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.) and sourcing techniques.

Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
