Role Description The Youtube Content Creator will develop and produce educational video content aligned with Healthy Competition’s learning objectives and audience needs. This part time, hybrid role is based in Jaipur, with the flexibility to complete some tasks from home, such as scripting, planning, and editing. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching exam-related or educational topics, writing video scripts, recording video lessons or explainer content, and collaborating on thumbnails and titles to improve engagement.

The role also involves optimizing videos for YouTube (metadata, descriptions, tags), monitoring performance analytics, and iterating content based on learner feedback.

Creator will coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to maintain content quality, brand consistency, and adherence to educational standards.

Qualifications
Solid skills in video scripting, on-camera presentation, and clear educational communication.
Ability to plan content calendars, structure lessons logically, and align topics with learner needs.
Basic knowledge of video production and editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software).
Familiarity with YouTube platform best practices, including SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags.
Comfort with researching exam syllabi and educational topics, and translating them into concise, learner-friendly content.
Strong command of English and Hindi (spoken and written) for creating and explaining concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively in a hybrid setting based in Jaipur.
Previous experience in teaching, content creation, or edtech is an advantage; a relevant degree or ongoing studies in education or a related field is preferred.
