Contact prospective customers through outbound/inbound calls for loan products. Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment terms. Convert leads into successful loan applications and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing. Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer information and documents. Maintain customer relationships and provide timely updates throughout the loan process.
Update daily calling, lead, and sales records in CRM/MIS. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable lending guidelines.
