Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing intuitive web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design responsive and user-friendly web/mobile interfaces.
Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
Manage designs from concept to developer handoff.
Incorporate feedback and ensure usability and visual consistency.

Required Skills:
Robust proficiency in Figma, UI/UX, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Interaction Design.
Positive understanding of design systems and responsive design.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Healthcare/Enterprise application experience is preferred.
Robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects.
