Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – All Subjects

Location: Sikar, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Teach the assigned subject effectively to students at the middle and secondary levels.
Use innovative, activity-based, and experiential teaching methodologies.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Assess students' learning through assignments, tests, projects, and regular evaluations.
Monitor and support students' academic and overall development.
Maintain lesson plans, academic records, and student progress reports.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' performance and development.
Participate in school events, academic activities, meetings, and teacher training programs.




Collaborate with colleagues and the academic team to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Eligibility & Skills
Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation in the relevant subject with B.Ed. or equivalent.
Relevant teaching experience at the TGT level will be an advantage.
Robust subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use innovative teaching methods and educational technology.
Passionate, responsible, and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
