Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices/bills accurately.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Maintain and update sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Manage billing activities and ensure timely and accurate invoice generation.
Record and maintain cash and bank transactions in Tally.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting records.
Assist in GST-related billing and basic compliance activities.
Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain customer/vendor ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
Prepare basic reports related to sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and expenses.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments,



and accounting-related queries.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
Support the senior accounts team in month-end and year-end accounting activities.

Required Skills
Robust practical knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
Positive understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
Basic knowledge of GST, CGST, SGST, IGST, and GST invoices.
Knowledge of journal, ledger, debit/credit, receipts, and payments.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting entries.
Good communication and coordination skills.
