About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls, generating qualified prospects, understanding customer requirements, and creating opportunities for the sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesMake 200–250+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
Generate and identify recent prospects and qualified leads through telecalling. Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property needs. Explain relevant real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and update lead status. Generate site visit opportunities and qualified leads for the sales team. Maintain accurate daily calling and lead-generation reports.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and prospect-generation targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.
Maintain a skilled and positive approach while interacting with customers.
