XTransMatrix Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for AI Operators to work at the intersection of humans and AI. The role involves supporting AI-driven processes through data annotation, quality assurance, data curation, prompt-related tasks, and AI queue management.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with structured workflows. Candidates should have good English communication skills, basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform AI operations and data curation tasks with high accuracy.
Support data annotation and quality assurance processes.
Follow SOPs, instructions, and defined operational workflows.
Assist with AI queue management and prompt-related activities.
Review and maintain data quality and consistency.




Handle information with confidentiality and follow data-security guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and productivity targets.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate or final-year student in BE, BCA, MCA, BSc, MTech, or a related discipline.
Solid written and spoken English.
Interest in AI Operations, Prompt Engineering, Data Annotation, or QA.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable attention to detail and instruction-following ability.
Willingness to work in a US shift / 24x7 operational environment.
Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru, Mangalore, or Noida, if required.
