Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the MBA ESG campus in Bengaluru for a Web Developer & SEO Specialist. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites that reflect the institution’s brand and support marketing and admissions goals. The specialist will optimize website structure and content for search engines, manage on-page and technical SEO, and monitor performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and admissions teams on website updates, implementing UX improvements, ensuring site security and reliability,



and staying current with web development and SEO best practices.

Qualifications
Robust front-end development skills, including Front-End Development and Web Design.
Solid back-end capabilities, including Back-End Web Development and Programming.
Comprehensive Web Development skills, integrating both front-end and back-end practices.
Hands-on experience with SEO techniques (on-page, technical SEO), analytics tools, and performance optimization.
Proficiency with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar).
Ability to translate marketing and branding requirements into functional, user-friendly web experiences.
Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design/Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with educational institutions or service-oriented organizations is an advantage.
