About the Prospect As Flipkart Minutes Food rapidly scales its footprint across Bangalore, we are seeking driven, high-energy Operations Executives to spearhead vendor and restaurant onboarding. Designed for professionals who excel in quick-paced, goal-oriented settings, this position is 100% field-based.

Role Overview

Daily Travel: Conduct extensive field visits across Bangalore to onboard current restaurant partners and vendors.

Territory Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned sectors and achieve specific onboarding metrics.

Relationship-Driven Sales: Emphasize sustainable merchant partnerships and long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities

Vendor Onboarding: Identify potential unlisted eateries and successfully onboard them onto the Flipkart Minutes Food platform on a daily basis.

Field Sales Execution: Engage with 1015 prospective brands daily across a 6-day workweek, pitching the value proposition of Flipkart Minutes Food to expand merchant coverage.

Territory Management: Maintain structured coverage and track operational milestones across designated zones.





Documentation & Compliance: Gather, validate, and process required vendor paperwork with high accuracy.

Relationship Management: Foster and preserve healthy, ongoing relations with key merchant partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efficiently with internal stakeholders to guarantee seamless operational processes.

Candidate Qualifications & Profile

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in field sales, FMCG sales, or vendor acquisition.

Demonstrated sales success within FMCG, Banking/Credit Cards, Insurance, or Food-tech domains.

High adaptability, strong organizational skills, and effective multitasking abilities.

Willingness and comfort with daily local commuting.

Preference will be given to immediate joiners. Mandatory Requirements

Language Skills: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Own Vehicle: Must possess a personal two-wheeler (fuel costs will be fully reimbursed).

Compensation & Contract Terms

Package: Base Salary + actual fuel reimbursements -

Tenure: 12-Month Fixed Contract. ( Third Party Payroll )
