Job Title: Telecaller – Debt Collection / Recovery Company: MobiKwik Location: Sector 18, Gurugram Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months (in Telecalling / Collection) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to remind them about overdue payment schedules. Educate customers on outstanding dues and guide them through online payment options on MobiKwik. Maintain clear and accurate records of call logs, commitments to pay (PTP), and customer feedback.

Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely recovery while maintaining qualified etiquette. Adhere strictly to company guidelines, ethical collection standards, and compliance regulations.

Key Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or collections/debt recovery (banking or fintech domain preferred).

Skills: Robust communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and basic knowledge of financial/loan products.

Languages: Valuable command over Hindi and basic working English.
