Job Purpose To handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, generate and qualify leads, understand customer requirements, provide project information, and schedule site visits for the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
Attend and respond to incoming customer enquiries.
Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans and offers to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, configuration and purchase timeline.
Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget and requirement.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and site visits in CRM.
Ensure timely follow-up on missed, pending and hot leads.
Coordinate with the Sales Team and hand over qualified leads.
Achieve daily/monthly calling,



lead qualification and site-visit targets.
Maintain skilled communication and valuable customer relationships.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Pre-Sales/Sales Manager.
Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially.

Candidate Profile
Graduate / HSC preferred.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer service or real-estate sales.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Good verbal communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Positive convincing, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Candidates with real-estate pre-sales experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
