We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in International BPO recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BDR, BDE, International Voice Process, and Customer Support Executive roles.
Manage volume hiring and achieve monthly hiring targets.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
Screen candidates for communication skills, experience, stability, and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews, selection, offer rollout, and joining.




Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of positions.
Work closely with the Operations and HR teams to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant International BPO recruitment experience.
Robust experience hiring for Voice, Customer Support, Sales, BDR/BDE profiles.
Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
Experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred.
Target-oriented and able to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Willing to work in a day shift
