Key Responsibilities Design, configure, customize, and support Veeva Vault / Veeva CRM applications. Develop and maintain Veeva workflows, objects, lifecycles, validation rules, and security configurations. Build integrations between Veeva and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Veeva solutions. Develop and maintain Veeva-specific configurations and customizations. Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 application support.

Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation. Work closely with QA, business analysts, architects, and Life Sciences domain teams. Ensure solutions comply with GxP, validation, security, and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Support data migration, integration testing, UAT, and production releases.





Required Skills 4+ years of experience working with Veeva applications/platforms. Solid hands-on experience with one or more: Veeva Vault Veeva CRM Veeva PromoMats Veeva Quality Experience with Veeva configuration, workflows, objects, lifecycles, and security. Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.

Experience with SQL and data troubleshooting. Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, and deployment processes. Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills. Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills Veeva certifications.

Experience with Vault APIs, VQL, Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Experience with Salesforce/Veeva CRM.

Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.

Experience working with regulated Life Sciences environments.
