This is not a basic monitoring role — you will own complaints, escalations, troubleshooting and operator coordination through closure .

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will act as the operational bridge between internal technical teams and telecom operators, handling voice issues, DND/NDNC complaints, routing problems and service-impacting incidents.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Manage DND/NDNC complaints from issue identification through closure.
Coordinate directly with telecom operators on complaints and escalations.
Troubleshoot call drops, routing failures, CLI issues and voice problems .
Analyze CDRs, CLI, call timestamps, destination numbers, operators and circles .
Work with Ops, SRE, Engineering and Support teams during incidents.
Analyze SIP traces/logs and call flows where required.
Participate in critical incident/bridge calls.
Track operator SLAs and drive delayed issues to closure.
Maintain escalation matrices, trackers and operational documentation.
Identify recurring telecom issues and service degradation trends.





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2–5 years of relevant telecom/voice operations experience
Hands-on understanding of SIP, PRI, CLI, DND/NDNC, call routing and CDRs .
Experience working with telecom operators/carriers .
Experience troubleshooting voice/call failures.
Solid incident follow-up and escalation ownership.
Comfortable working with technical teams.
Robust documentation and communication skills.

SIP logs / SIP traces
SBC / Kamailio / Asterisk
Dialer or contact-center platforms
TRAI/DOT compliance knowledge
Jira or similar ticketing tools
Enterprise voice operations experience
