We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our Real Estate team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in our real estate projects.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about projects, locations, pricing, and offers.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.
Follow up with leads consistently through calls and other communication channels.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for further client handling.
Maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team targets.
Consistently work towards lead conversion, site visits, and sales targets.

What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support,



or client handling.
Experience in Real Estate / Property Sales will be an added advantage.
Excellent Tamil and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage.
