We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong US Healthcare domain knowledge , particularly in the Provider space, Post-Acute Care, and Prior Authorization . The candidate should have experience managing complex healthcare technology programs and working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end healthcare technology programs from planning to delivery.
Work closely with Provider, Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Business teams .
Drive programs related to Post-Acute Care and Prior Authorization workflows.
Understand healthcare provider processes, authorization workflows, and payer-provider interactions.
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Coordinate multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
Translate healthcare business requirements into technical deliverables.
Track program milestones, KPIs, and overall delivery status.
Identify risks and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide program status updates.
Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations, business requirements, and organizational standards.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong Technical Program Management experience.
Strong US Healthcare domain knowledge .
Hands-on/domain experience in Provider space .
Solid understanding of Post-Acute Care .
Solid understanding of Prior Authorization (PA) .
Experience working with Payer–Provider healthcare workflows .
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
Robust experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with program planning, risk management, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
Knowledge of healthcare APIs and integrations.
Experience with FHIR / HL7 / EDI .
Knowledge of healthcare claims and authorization processes.
Experience with healthcare platforms or payer/provider systems.
Experience working with US healthcare clients.
