Role: Learning & Development Retail Training

Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry: Pharma/Healthcare preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Drive 97%+ monthly training coverage across assigned stores.
Ensure 100% attendance of target employees in planned sessions.
Conduct in-person training, OJT, simulations and role plays.
Conduct mandatory store visits across the assigned span.
Deliver pharma, behavioral and process training.
Maintain training MIS, attendance, assessments and feedback and submit reports on T+3 basis.
Coordinate with store/business teams to identify and close training gaps.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Prior experience in training and content delivery.
Experience in pharma, behavioral and process training.
Pharma/Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
Robust presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
