Role & responsibilities
Plan and estimate project timelines and electrical materials required for the project.
Maintain complete records and documentation related to all electrical work in office.
Coordinate directly with contractors to ensure timely execution and completion of tasks.
Supervise all electrical installation and execution activities on the project.
Ensure all electrical works adhere strictly to project and safety requirements.
Perform hands-on electrician tasks as necessary for the residential apartment construction.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical course.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience specifically in the construction of residential apartments.
Location & Gender Preference: Local male candidates.
Notice Period: Up to 30 days.
Perks and perks Salary: Maximum up to 50,000 per month.
