Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions through international chat support.
Communicate professionally with customers using explicit and grammatically correct English.
Understand customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Mandatory Skills
Excellent English writing skills are mandatory.

Strong grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and sentence construction.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.




Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts / night shifts, including weekends if required.
