We are hiring Tele Sales Executives for our Insurance Sales team in Bhiwadi. Freshers are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided, so prior insurance experience is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain customer and sales records.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Learn and improve insurance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Willing to learn current skills and work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and strong willingness to grow.
Immediate joiners preferred.
