Role & responsibilities
Design and create skilled and attractive brochures, project profiles, flyers, leaflets, and marketing collaterals.
Develop creative designs for real estate projects, property campaigns, and promotional activities.
Create high-quality digital and print creative for social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and HR teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative on time.
Ensure all brochures and marketing materials maintain consistent branding, skilled layouts, and accurate project information.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent skills in brochure design and preparation are mandatory.
Robust knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience in designing real estate brochures and marketing materials will be an added advantage.
Solid creative and conceptual thinking.
