We specialize in customer acquisition, account upgrades, and service reactivations. Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to customers in Canada.
Present and sell internet, TV, home security, and telecom services . Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans. Handle objections and close sales effectively . Maintain accurate customer details in CRM/dialer systems.
Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines. Meet daily and monthly sales targets . Coordinate with backend team for order processing. RequirementsGood English communication skills (Punjabi is a plus).
Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred . Confidence in speaking with international customers. Ability to work in night shift (Canada hours) . Basic computer knowledge.
