We are looking for a results-driven US Account Manager to oversee and grow client relationships within the US staffing market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand business with existing and recent clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with US-based clients in the staffing industry. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidates.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance client experience.
Track account performance, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of revenue targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on US market trends, staffing demands,



and industry developments.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, preferably in US staffing or recruitment. Strong understanding of the US job market and hiring practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
