Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. In this position, the representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce Okk Digital’s services, qualify prospects, and generate new business prospects.

Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable digital marketing solutions, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to schedule meetings or demos, handling basic customer queries, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.



The representative will participate in regular training and team meetings to stay updated on services, offers, and best practices.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and the ability to explain services confidently.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as lead qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and closing, preferably in telesales or inside sales roles.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including a willingness to learn, apply feedback, and participate in continuous skill development.
Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in telesales or digital marketing services, familiarity with CRM tools, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
A high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
