About BabyBillion /n /n BabyBillion is India’s No.1 YouTube channel for kids, delivering fun and educational content with more than 5 billion monthly views, and we’re on a mission to reach 10 billion monthly views by Dec 2025, becoming the world’s No.1 YouTube channel. /n /n We are seeking a highly organized and creative Video Content Editor to own our short-form video production pipeline from concept to delivery. /n /n In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both hands-on video editing and the coordination of a freelance team to produce 12 short-form videos weekly.

Your mission is to ensure a consistent, timely, and high-quality output by streamlining processes, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication across teams. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n Production Management - /n /n
Oversee the end-to-end workflow for 12 weekly short-form videos.

Assign projects to freelance editors with clear briefs every Monday by 12 PM.

/n
Conduct timely reviews of first drafts (Tuesday & Thursday, 2 PM) and provide consolidated feedback.

Personally edit 3 short-form videos per week, adhering to brand guidelines and platform best practices.

/n /n /n Team Leadership - /n /n




Lead weekly check-in meetings with freelance editors to discuss updates, share feedback, and foster a team-oriented environment.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced video production environment, specializing in short-form content (Reels/Shorts).

/n
High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects is required.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, and creative teams.

/n
Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
