Role & responsibilities
Edit raw footage into rapid-paced, trend-aware, platform-native vertical content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar formats.
Work comfortably across both mobile editing workflows (e.g., CapCut) and full-fledged desktop NLEs, choosing the right tool for turnaround speed.
Add on-screen text, captions, sound design, transitions, and pacing that align with current short-form trends and hooks.
Collaborate closely with the content/marketing team to interpret briefs, shot lists, and creative direction into finished edits.
Maintain a consistent visual and brand language across all Atomberg short-form content.
Stay on top of emerging trends, sounds, formats, and edit styles across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and version control for quick turnarounds.
