Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Process attendance regularization and leave approvals.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Collect and verify employee documents and coordinate background verification.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Manage and coordinate compliance related to EPF, Professional Tax (PT), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, celebrations, and fun initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
