Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role based in Gorakhpur.

The Laboratory

Technician will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and prepare samples according to established protocols.

Responsibilities include adhering to quality control procedures, documenting test results accurately, and ensuring proper labeling, storage, and disposal of specimens and reagents. The role involves following safety and infection-control guidelines, supporting troubleshooting of equipment or test issues, and collaborating with other laboratory staff and clinicians to ensure efficient workflow.

Technician will also assist in inventory management, participate in internal audits, and contribute to maintaining compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills, including sample preparation, handling, and execution of routine tests.
